Your impact:

As a Partnerships Manager, you will oversee the management of Amity’s partnership programs in Thailand. We currently work with dozens of partners who form a vital and core part of our business development strategy. Your goal will be to develop and grow our partnerships program to the next level, both by adding new partners and nurturing current partnerships, with the goal to increase opportunities for our sales teams. This role will report to the Director, Business Development, Thailand

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Identify and grow partnership programs by establishing new partners, programs, and initiatives.
  • Expand, develop, and manage relationships/engagements with existing partnerships with the goal of improving lead flow and new opportunities.
  • Work with partners and Amity sales to identify opportunities and support sales teams / partners as they work to nurture and develop those opportunities.
  • Work closely with BD/Sales to drive growth through the partnership program.

Your ideal profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in disciplines e.g. account management, operation management, project and change management, relationship management, technical environment/processes, and team management
  • 5+ years of total B2B2C professional and managerial work experience; especially in SaaS, Cloud base application and Enterprise platform
  • 5+ years of professional and managerial work experience public sector projects and solutions
  • Bachelor or Masters in any related fields
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication (Thai & English) and presentation skills
  • Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and, ability to work independently, and strong drive to get things done
