Position Title: Account Executive

Location: London/Milan

Your Impact:

  • As an Account Executive at Amity, you’ll be an essential part of achieving our growth plans. This is an exciting time to join, with our company being one of the fastest growing scale-ups based in Asia, you will help us to expand into EMEA and US markets.
  • Your core role will be to bring in new customers by converting qualified sales leads into clients and taking responsibility for achieving ambitious growth targets. As an Account Executive, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with many teams, including marketing, product, engineering and strategy. This position offers great career progression within our growing tech scale-up.

Your team:

You will report directly to our Technical Account Manager Timotei and you can join our Global BD hub in Milan or be based in our regional office in London. We are a team of people who are passionate about Amity’s vision and products and who love to work hard but play hard at the same time.

Your day to day responsibilities:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic team member who is result driven and wants to work for a company where it is possible to progress fast and make an impact. In the Account Executive role, your days will never be the same, but some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Conduct calls with inbound leads to understand needs and technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain a substantial pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently maintain an accurate forecast
  • Conduct product demos and technical presentations of our SaaS product to both business and technical customer
  • Be the point of contact for complex integrations and manage deals from the first call to close

Your ideal profile:

We are a scale-up growing at a fast pace, so you’ll need to be flexible, adaptable, with a desire to build. We also value having a consultative and empathetic sales approach.

Must haves:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a top performer in B2B sales in tech/SaaS company, creating and growing revenue from contact to close
  • Track record of achieving or over achieving sales targets
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple language
  • A team player who collaborates, supports others and enjoys the team wins as well as their own
  • Business fluent English language skills

Nice to haves:

  • Experience selling to technical or financial audiences
  • Basic understanding of programming languages and some coding experience
  • Experience using Salesforce/CRMs and basic knowledge of sales tools
